I'm going to go out on a limb (one of my short ones) and say that Coen Farms is at the epicentre of where the highest quality animal products in Alberta, if not Canada, are being raised, cared for and butchered.Takota is simply a stand up individual who is on a mission to create the most nutrient dense food possible whilst shifting perspectives on the corporate, industrialized food system we all find our selves trapped in.Get your hands on this special food while you can - there is a reason why it sells out as fast as it does.
